Hellooooo out there? Are you still with me? Sorry for the long silence but I finally have my computer back now so hopefully I’ll be a bit more forthcoming with posts!
Not a lot of promises there however, I’m about to move into a bit of a busy period with the launch of my book (squeeeee!!!) on July 5th and the ensuing media storm (cough cough). Well OK, probably not that busy but my husband is home in 29 sleeps (not that I’m counting or anything) so I will be a bit busy… tidying the house before...

You don’t have to make 360, and ship them off overseas like I did*, but do have a go at these super easy, super delicious biscuits this ANZAC Day.

I’d say this was celebration of St Patrick’s Day tomorrow but in truth I came up with this recipe because I had bananas that needed using before they began to look like something from a 2,000 year old Egyptian tomb. This time of year they seem to last about two days before they go brown and horrid so we’re drinking a lot of banana smoothies at the moment as I’m well over them.
Trolling though my (ever growing) collection of cookbooks I happened upon a recipe in the Joy the Baker cookbook ...
